Do you replace my treating medical professionals?
No we do not. Clinical nutritionist work in conjunction with your treating medical professionals to help you reach your health goals. Where appropriate, we will liaise with your treating physicians to ensure complementary care, and where necessary refer on.
What is involved in a nutritional consultation?
A thorough medical history is taken in our initial consultations. A discussion around your aims and goals for your health is undertaken and a review of your dietary and lifestyle habits is done. Once all information is assessed, a treatment plan will be developed based on your individual needs. Regular evaluation of your plan is conducted to ensure relevancy and achievement.
