- Services Disclaimer
Our principal clinical nutritionist is Tanya Zugajev. Tanya has a Bachelor of Health Science degree (with Distinction) majoring in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine. We strongly believe in using best practice principles and a combination of evidence based and traditional knowledge to educate and support clients. Our Website, eBooks, video, nutritional consultancy services and programs are there to support clients to improve their overall health and well-being.
Please understand that if you are not suitable for our treatment, we will not take you on as a client. If you still choose to consult with us, we will see you for a single session, where we will give you dietary or lifestyle advice and refer you on to an appropriate specialist.
If we are working together, it is your responsibility to update us on any changes to your health, wellbeing and lifestyle. It is important that you provide us with accurate information in our consultations and when you sign our consent forms and fill out your information. You are expected to use your common sense at all times, and if something doesn’t feel right, to contact us. We are relying on you to ask for clarification of anything you don’t understand, and to tell us about adverse reactions you might have to any therapy.
We see clients at our clinic for 1:1 consultations and online via Zoom, What’s App, FaceTime and telephone. Your confidentiality is assured, and your personal and sensitive information is dealt with under our Privacy Policy. You can find a copy of this document on our website.
Depending on our assessment of your needs, we may provide you with lifestyle advice as well as supplements. However, only you can take action. We are not responsible for how much you do (or don’t do) based on our recommendations. We provide the guidance and support, but you are the driver of your health change. Lifestyle change is one of the most important elements of what we do, and there is an expectation that you not only desire change, but you are committed to working with us to choose changes that will work for you, and to implementing those changes to the best of your ability. If something is not working for you, then please let us know so we can adjust the plan together.
Best practice requires that we follow up on all my clients, so we will generally book you in for a follow up appointment. If you choose not to attend a follow up appointment, please reach out and tell us why you are not coming back. We are always open to honest feedback, and we would rather know your reasons than have you silently disappear.
